ISO/IEC 27001 Foundation training

Cogentas Cybersecurity Academy is proud to participate in the organization of one of the master classes that will take place in Quebec City and Montreal, as part of the 41st edition of the Réseau Action TI JIQ in collaboration with TECHNOCompétences.

The ISO/IEC 27001 Foundation training, which we will present in French, will be led by Ms. Chantale Pineault, whose expertise and skills are widely recognized in the IT field.

This training covers the concepts and requirements of the management of an ISMS, according to ISO/IEC 27001.

The delivery of this training will be done over 2 days at the following places and dates:

Laval University in Quebec city

Date : November 18 and 19, 2019

Registration deadline: October 23, 2019

Laval University in Montreal

Date : December 4 and 5, 2019

Registration deadline: November 8, 2019

Prerequisites: none

After the exam, participants:

will receive a certificate of participation of 14 credits CPD (Continuing Professional Development);
may resume the exam free of charge within 12 months in case of failure;
may, at no additional cost, apply for their ISO/IEC 27001 Foundation professional certification.

Note: Participants must buy the ISO/IEC 27001 standard before beginning their training.
